We need to sell our profession more effectively to new entrants, young adults, and foreign-born workers. BrightStar Care and The New Jewish Home have achieved unusual success in recruiting and retaining these cohorts (including high schoolers!) via unique curriculum, apprenticeship, and onboarding programs. Each will provide an overview of their program, including the role of Chamberlain University, the nation’s largest nursing school, followed by a discussion outlining the keys to success and ultimate value.
