What does value mean to you, your managers, and your front-line workers?

LIG is kicking off a new research project focused on: *Measuring and Managing Value*. We’re studying this topic to develop a clear, consistent framework for the meaning, measurement, and management of value in home-based care. We will share our insights from this research in an upcoming Think Tank.

For this roundtable, please come prepared to share your thoughts on questions such as:

- What are the key value indicators (leading or lagging) for your business?
- How do you retrieve and track the results for these key indicators?
- Do you use off-the-shelf or in-house systems to enable your value initiatives?
- How do you disseminate results against goals to the front lines of the business?
- What techniques do you use to foster accountability at various levels of the organization?

We'll have a cameras-on expectation throughout the roundtable. No recording.
