The extension of VBID provides a larger window for deploying - if desired - your palliative care program. We'll use the backdrop of this added time and opportunity to consider:

- Do we think extended VBID will be a steady march toward an inevitable carve-in?
- Do we see a future for standalone hospice as VBID matures - or is a palliative care continuum the future?
- If a continuum is in our future, what is our breakeven calculation for palliative care losses versus hospice service gains?
- How do we setup the palliative care business line to be independent but still integrated?

Following a brief slide presentation, we turn our cameras on to debate and discuss the future of standalone hospice.
