This workgroup will focus on the key strategies and indicators for ensuring growth of both the top and bottom lines of our core hospice business. We will develop a multi-month curriculum during the initial meeting.

Developing non-hospital referral sources
Refining and articulating your value story for referral sources and other community members
The role of business development in influencing key indicators such as length of stay, live discharges, etc.
