Member co-facilitator Rhonda Sanders, Chief Mission Access Officer at Empath Health, will lead a discussion on refining our data-driven hospice story for four key stakeholders: patients and families, hospitals and facilities, physicians, and ACOs/at-risk groups. We’ll also outline a holistic guide to support continued growth through effective communication.
