With legacy models looking less attractive by the day, we will present to the group actionable recommendations for shifting operating models for Personal Care, Home Health, and Hospice. In Personal Care, we will discuss the viability of new offerings such as subscriptions, neighborhood models, and task-based pricing. In Home Health, we will focus on how to fine tune clinical resources to "do more with less." Lastly, we will explore how providers can and should embrace the Palliative-Hospice continuum to preserve relationships with their referral partners.
We will present 20-25 minutes of original research in slide format, followed by 10 minutes of audience questions and robust dialogue.
