The Intelligence Group is currently researching the topic of Lean thinking for the back office. We will share initial feedback from our research interviews and facilitate a roundtable on the following topics:
- The importance of a Lean back office as a counter-measure to margin erosion
- Modeling and benchmarking back office expense and investment
- The role of technology (such as RPA) in streamlining back office functions
- Approaches to redeploying workers displaced by automation and AI.
We will share the early findings from LIG's research into this subject via a brief slide presentation, then turn cameras on for discussion and debate.
