January 10 -Think Tank: A Conversation with the Payers

To ensure patient access, we need to close the contracting chasm between health plans and home-based care providers. In this conversation with an ongoing workgroup of national contracting representatives, we will hear the payers' visions for bridging the gap between the desired future relationship and where we stand today. Group members will join the conversation to share their own vision of the value of home health, hospice, and personal care with the plans. Our conversation with these payers will continue in June at Home Care 100 - Summer.
