Evidence of the intent of Health Plans to vertically integrate accumulates daily. Concurrently, home health providers are finding patchy willingness from the plans to contract for an episodic payment approximating PDGM. Hospice, largely on the sidelines watching home health until now, also finds itself wondering what a future subcontracting to MA plans will look like. We'll consider three questions for the group related to this context:
