Research Panels are small groups of providers who have a deep interest in a particular topic and want to both learn from, and share with, peers around that topic. This panel will inform our April Think Tank on “Rethinking Your Business Model.”
We will discuss ways to shift from traditional hourly service to new models, such as subscription, unit-based services, and neighborhood models. While 3-4 of our Intelligence Group members will be featured as on-camera participants to get the conversation started, the intent is to allow for a robust, open roundtable discussion. All who have an interest in revamping traditional caregiving operating model are encouraged to join.
