A variety of vehicles exist for sponsoring workforce development, with the most prevalent being direct reimbursement of employee training by employers through an outside educator. However, ample opportunity exists to engage a facilitator-partner, such as non-profit, to intervene on our behalf much earlier in candidate career paths while also managing the pre-employment training cycle.
We'll share one successful case study to kick-off the conversation and then roundtable other ways of leveraging facilitating partners. We have a cameras-on expectation for the roundtable component and encourage everyone to actively participate.
