Home care providers need to embrace the changing mindset of our consumers. Patients and familiesemployees, and even partners we do business with, have a vastly different set of expectations and demands for personalized care delivery based on the convenient and customized experiences in every other aspect of their daily lives. If we don't address these increasing expectations now, we risk losing out to those who will. Fostering a people-first culture is imperative to meet these changing dynamics.
