March 11 - Supporting Retention with Workforce Technology

This meeting of our workforce workgroup will explore one of our top priorities: staff retention. We'll specifically discuss how technology—particularly Recognition and Rewards platforms—can effectively engage employees, deliver value, and improve retention rates. The session will include:

  • An overview of retention-supporting technologies

  • A deep dive into Rewards and Recognition platforms

  • Introduction to key vendors and critical evaluation questions

  • Group discussion to share learnings and implementation best practices
