March 19: Selling the Hospice Value Proposition

If your role relates to telling the hospice value story and growing hospice services, this workgroup is for you! Our 4-month agenda is to craft innovative strategies for communicating the value of hospice at a time of changing referral and LOS patterns. We'll share our findings with a broader set of peers in-person at Home Care 100 in June.

In our initial March meeting, we'll focus on:

  • Outcomes and the use of data supporting those outcomes

  • The experience of care as an especially important outcome

  • Positioning hospice as a partner in total cost of care for payers and other risk-bearing and referring entities
